One surgery on Weldon Row. Orthodontics and nothing else — no hygiene appointments, no cosmetic dentistry, no upsell at the end of a course.
Who you will see
- Ms Ilona Radvere, Specialist orthodontist, practice principal. On the GDC specialist list in orthodontics since 2011. Treats the extraction and surgical cases.
- Mr Cai Brenwith, Specialist orthodontist. Aligner and adult relapse cases. Runs the Saturday clinic.
- Nadia Pelham, Orthodontic therapist. Fits and adjusts appliances, takes records, and does most of the retainer reviews.
- Ruth Callaway, Practice manager. Fees, plans and the appointment book.

14 Weldon Row, Sherbourne Green, Nottingham NG1 4QT. Fifteen minutes' walk from the station, on two bus routes, and there is a multi-storey two streets away — there is no practice car park and we would rather say so here than in the confirmation email.
Access
Step-free entrance from the street and a lift to both surgeries. Hearing loop at reception. Ground-floor consulting room available on request when you book — say so on the form and it is arranged, not accommodated.
Complaints
Tell us first, in writing or on the phone, and you will get an acknowledgement inside three working days and a full response inside twenty. Ask for the practice manager, Ruth Callaway, by name. If you are not satisfied with the outcome you can take it to the Dental Complaints Service, and we will give you their details rather than wait to be asked for them.

About the photographs
Every photograph on this site carries one grade, and it is not a filter — it is the material. Thermoformed clear-aligner plastic is optically clear but it scatters, so light behind a seated aligner never comes back black and colour behind it never comes back fully saturated. Both plates below are the same photograph. The left one is graded; the right one is not, and it ships here so the claim can be checked rather than taken.
Run node scripts/plates.mjs against the shipped WebPs: the
graded plates hold a luminance floor and land on the declared chroma
constant, every lossless master fails at least one of those two legs, and
the control on the right is required to fail. A measurement that cannot
fail is not a measurement.
